Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Carefully place the hearing aids, charging case, and all original accessories into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
